Cancellation Policy
Because most KOWF products are made to order, please review the cancellation terms below carefully before placing your order.
01 Prepaid Orders
- Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- In case of an approved cancellation within 24 hours, 10% of the order value or ₹500 (whichever is higher) will be deducted as processing charges.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted, as production and processing may have already begun.
02 Order Cancellation by KOWF
KOWF reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Operational constraints
In such cases, eligible payments will be refunded as per the applicable payment method.
