• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity).

• All prices displayed on our website are final at the time of purchase.

• Payments must be completed in full before we begin processing your order.

• Orders require 7–10 working days for production and 5–6 working days for delivery (total ~15 days).
• We ship internationally. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 999-882-0653 before placing your order.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or unforeseen courier delays.

• We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed.
• We do not accept returns.
• Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange, and you must provide an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery.

• All content on the KOWF website — including product designs, images, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of KOWF.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

• KOWF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, natural disasters, strikes).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Surat, Gujarat, India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
