All KOWF items are made to order. Below is everything you need to know about production time, delivery, and how your order reaches you.
01 Order Processing
At KOWF, all items are made to order — this means each piece is specially crafted just for you after you place your order.
- Production Time: 7–10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Delivery Time: 5–6 working days (after production is complete)
Please allow a total of ~15 days from the date you place your order for your item to reach you.
02 Shipping Details
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.
- Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location or unexpected courier delays, but we do our best to deliver on time.
03 Important Notes
- Since all products are custom-made, we do not keep ready stock.
- Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details to avoid delivery issues.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or strikes).
